PRIVACY POLICY
1. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
When you fill out a quote or contact form, we collect: name, email, phone (optional), message, attached file (optional).
While browsing, we collect traffic data via Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation and only if you have accepted cookies via the dedicated banner).
2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
- Respond to your quote and contact requests.
- Establish and execute any potential business relationship.
- Improve the website and user experience (anonymised statistics).
3. RETENTION PERIOD
- Quote and contact requests: 3 years from the last exchange.
- Traffic data: 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default setting).
4. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and Tunisian law n° 2004-63 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and transfer your data.

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
1. SUBJECT
These conditions govern the sale of embroidered badges, crests, patches and related services provided by Alias Broderie to business clients.
2. QUOTATION AND ORDER
Each request is subject to a personalised quotation sent within 4 business hours. The quotation is valid for 30 days. The order is firm upon receipt of written confirmation from the client and payment of any deposit.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices are quoted in euros, excluding taxes and delivery costs. Payment terms (deposit, transfer, instalments) are specified on each quotation.
4. LEAD TIMES
The announced lead times (prototype: 5-7 days, production: 10-15 days, Europe delivery: 5-7 days) are indicative. A delay cannot give rise to any compensation or cancellation, except by written agreement to the contrary.
5. FILE OWNERSHIP
Embroidery files (DST, PES) generated from your logo remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Your source files are entrusted to us under a confidentiality agreement (NDA available on request).
6. DELIVERY AND RISKS
Goods travel at the risk of the recipient. Any reservation must be made with the carrier within 48 hours.
7. CLAIMS
Any claim must be made in writing within 8 days of receipt. Beyond this period, the goods are deemed accepted.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Alias Broderie cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-performance resulting from a case of force majeure (natural disaster, strike, pandemic, major supply disruption, etc.).
9. DISPUTES
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tunis courts.
