The iron-on patch is the cleanest and most durable way to apply an embroidered logo on a garment. Heat-press application in seconds, no sewing, no velcro band — it becomes one with the fabric.

How does iron-on application work?

On the back of the patch we apply a high-performance industrial heat-activated film. At application, heat (160 °C) and pressure from a heat press for 12 to 20 seconds activate the adhesive which fuses with the fabric fibres. Once cooled, adhesion is definitive and invisible.

Without a press, a professional iron (steam off, cotton setting) for 25 to 30 seconds per patch works fine. We ship an illustrated application sheet with every order.

Why choose iron-on?

• Clean finish: no protruding velcro strip, the patch lies flat. Ideal for corporate logos and image uniforms.
• Fast series application: 200 garments per hour in a laundry with a standard press. No sewing.
• Lower cost: versus velcro (two pieces to supply) or sewing, iron-on cuts overall cost by 15-25% on large runs.
• Wash resistance: minimum 50 cycles at 60 °C with no peeling.

Which fabrics does iron-on hold on?

Excellent on cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends, piqué polos. Good on non-membrane softshell and fleece with adapted film. Not recommended on leather, coated nylon, DWR water-repellent fabrics — prefer sewing.
